This policy explains what information Unique Store Hub (uniquestorehub.com) collects, why we collect it and how you can contact us about it.
Information we collect
- When you place an order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, city and province, the products you order and any delivery notes. We need this to confirm, deliver and support your order.
- When you use our contact form: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, optional email and order number, and your message. Messages are emailed to our team and kept in our store dashboard so none are lost.
- When you create an account (optional): your login details and order history.
- When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone: the details you choose to share in that chat or call.
- When you browse the site: cookies that keep your cart and login working, and usage statistics (see “Cookies and analytics”).
How we use your information
- To process, confirm, deliver and support your orders, including Cash on Delivery.
- To answer your questions and messages.
- To keep the website secure and understand how it is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Delivery partners and product suppliers — your name, phone number and address, only to fulfil and deliver your order.
- Payment providers — if you pay online, your payment is handled by the payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
- Services that run the website — our web host (Hostinger) and Google Analytics, under their own privacy terms.
- Advertising partners — Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. When you browse or order, we share events such as pages and products viewed, items added to cart and completed orders (order value and products), with your email address and phone number in scrambled (hashed) form, so they can measure our ads and show relevant ads. They use this under their own privacy terms.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for the shopping cart, checkout and account login. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure and improve our ads; these use cookies and collect information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before analytics and advertising cookies are used. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and legal requirements. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to help you.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
