Delivery charges
- Free delivery on all orders of Rs 3,999 or more.
- Orders below Rs 3,999 have a flat delivery charge of Rs 299.
- The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery time
- We deliver to addresses all over Pakistan.
- Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days, depending on your city and the courier.
- After you place an order, our team may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm it before dispatch.
- If you need an item by a certain date, please ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is available: pay the rider when your parcel arrives. Any other payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.
7-day return and refund policy
If your item arrives damaged, wrong or faulty, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Please record a short video while opening your parcel. It helps us approve your claim quickly.
- Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number, the video and clear photos of the item.
- The item should be unused and returned with its original packaging and accessories.
- Once your claim is approved we will send a replacement or arrange a full refund. Refunds are sent within 3–5 working days by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer.
- For damaged, wrong or faulty items, we cover the return delivery cost.
Items we cannot take back
- Items that have been used, damaged after delivery or returned without their original packaging.
- Claims made more than 7 days after delivery.
- Personal-care and hygiene items that have been opened, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
